What to expect at this mini retreat: An
An opportunity to relax, unwind, and breathe gentleness into your body. I will guide you through some gentle yoga postures to ease you into letting go of any tension bringing you to a place of ease and loving awareness. We will lightly checking in on each chakra through yoga, journalling, and creating a vision board. This is a self-care, nurturing retreat designed just for you!
What to bring: y
A yoga mat, journal, pen/pencil, water bottle, something to put on the alter that represents self-care for you. What is provided: a safe and healing space, bolsters, blankets, vision board supplies, herbal tea, and a light snack.
